Establish contact with peers in other companies, (of a similar or different business line) and share best practice; learning opportunities; avoid re-inventing the wheel; benchmarking; etc.
Be part of the process that gets ‘in front' of the product Research & Development phases so you get a say in the next release / version / generation of products.
Hear what is going on in the Tyco Access and Video range via their ‘Road Map' process before the rest, so you are one jump ahead of the planning game.
Establish a group of users who will represent a significant percentage of security systems users in EMEA so that our combined voice is one that becomes a valuable one to many.
